Many do not even suspect the existence of a whole direction in which a lot of creative people who love creativity are involved, who have chosen various junk material as material for their work.
This direction of dump art is called, it is rather widely represented in our time.
Its essence is simple - you do not need to purchase expensive materials in order to craft a variety of crafts, because there are so many recycled materials from which, if desired, you can build a lot of original and unique, and often useful things in life.
Such things are not only beneficial in material terms, as they are made from what, in fact, has served its age.
Another undoubted plus is that they are a wonderful way to introduce children to creativity, directing their energy in the right direction and at the same time helping to develop children's imagination.

What kind of junk material can become suitable for working on crafts?
What recyclables can be left and from which subsequently independently create your own work?
As a rule, this is primarily what is called inorganic waste, namely:
- plastic (bottles, disposable plastic dishes, lids, rings) - all this can become a material for almost any crafts;
- paper (newspaper sheets, cardboard boxes, etc.);
- unnecessary remnants of fabric (especially jeans);
- metal waste;
- malfunctioning CDs;
- glass (dishes, bottles, glasses, including damaged and cracked).
And this is not all of the materials available that are suitable for crafting do-it-yourself crafts. Thus, everything you need is almost always at hand!
Examples and photos of crafts from waste materials
A large number of crafts can be made from plastic and its derivatives.
They not only decorate apartments or dachas, but also place them in yards and playgrounds, while it will not occur to those around them that all these things are made from recycled materials.
From disposable plastic dishes, in particular from plates, you can make funny and original children's masks.
To do this, they need to be painted in that coloring and for those animals that you want to portray and add to them the missing details - ears, mustaches or a lion's mane.
Almost all the elements necessary for this are also made of plastic utensils, after which they are painted and glued to the mask. After that, cut out the slots for the eyes and attach an elastic band to the mask.
Applications
Before you make an application yourself, you should consider what exactly you would like to see on it - bright flowers, intricate paper figures, animals or birds, or something else to your taste.
For example, you can make a lot of bright fish out of old paper, they are made in the same way as masks, and then they are painted, fins and ponytails are glued to them.
Suspension
From recycled materials it will be easy to make a beautiful pendant. To make it you will need: a large, or medium-sized, disposable plate, woolen threads, pieces of plastic, beads, pumpkin seeds, scissors, a hole punch and glue.
First make a hole in the plate using a hole punch. Then cut the petals from a piece of plastic and gently glue them to the plate. Next, you have to color the petals and pumpkin seeds, then attach some of the seeds to the plate.
Note!
The next step is to craft flowers at the ends of woolen threads. They do it this way - initially they fix the bead on the thread, and then pumpkin seeds are glued to it.
After this, the threads with flowers are attached to the plate, they are fixed in pre-prepared holes. The suspension is ready!
Plastic crafts examples
Plastic bottles are available in any apartment and in any country house. You should not get rid of them as soon as possible, because from this seemingly completely useless garbage, you can make a whole list of different things.
For example, if you cut out the original flowers from the bottoms of the bottles and connect them with a strong thread or fishing line, you get a beautiful curtain-partition.
Gluing these flowers and forming a spherical shape you get a lampshade for a table lamp.
Note!
Having connected several bottle bottoms using the holder and attaching the stand, you will get a stand for jewelry or other accessories.
You can also make Christmas toys, flowerpots, vases and baskets from plastic bottles. Both lids and rings from bottles are used: from a ringlets you can weave a handbag yourself, and from mats you can create a mosaic or make a massage mat.
Interweaving and discreetly decorating plastic forks and spoons, fold them into a fan, and plastic cups can be used as lamps.
Large five-liter bottles are ideal in order to turn them into interesting "pigs". To do this, they need to be painted pink, then make eyes and ears. Such crafts will look great at your dacha, organically blending into any interior.
Another use for plastic containers is wood made from plastic bottles. In the summer cottage or in the courtyard of a private house, such a product will look very original. And unnecessary bottle caps are useful in order to decorate a fence or wall.
Note!
We hope that you have gathered useful information for yourself on how to independently craft original crafts from scrap material.
Using the above ideas, you can easily simultaneously recycle unnecessary things and decorate your house or cottage.
